Marinade tip: Coat chicken, beef, lamb, or fish in 3–4 tablespoons and refrigerate for 2–4 hours. The mango and syrup caramelise into a beautiful tropical glaze under heat.
 
Serving suggestion: Shake the bottle well before use. Use 3–4 tablespoons per dish.
