Order Processing and Delivery with Funkee Foods
All orders placed with Funkee Foods are processed within one business day. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes up to five working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product provided that it is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Opened or Tampered Products
For health and safety reasons, Funkee Foods cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to our customers. However, if your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, Funkee Foods is not liable and cannot offer replacements or refunds. We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim.
Return Authorisation
Before sending any item back, you must first contact us via email to request the return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
