Store in a cool, dry cupboard before and after opening. Funkee Foods chilli oils are infused and do not require refrigeration. Once opened, best used within 1 year for optimal flavour. Shake the bottle well before use — the visible bits are part of the experience.

Use 2–3 tablespoons per portion of chicken or fish. The paprika caramelises beautifully under heat, creating a deep, smoky crust.
