Store in a cool, dry cupboard before and after opening. Funkee Foods chilli oils are infused and do not require refrigeration. Once opened, best used within 1 year for optimal flavour. Shake the bottle well before use — the visible bits are part of the experience.

Use a tablespoon in place of plain oil when frying or sautéing. The mushroom and spice base infuses into whatever you're cooking.
