Marinade tip: Use 2–3 tablespoons per portion of chicken, lamb, or fish. Coat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cooking. Coat and refrigerate for 2–4 hours before cooking.
 
Storage: Store in a cool, dry cupboard before and after opening. Funkee Foods chilli oils are infused and do not require refrigeration. Once opened, best used within 1 year for optimal flavour.
