Marinade tip: Use 2–3 tablespoons per portion of beef, chicken or lamb. Coat and leave for 2–4 hours. The hickory caramelises beautifully under heat.
 
Storage: Store in a cool, dry cupboard before and after opening. Funkee Foods chilli oils are infused and do not require refrigeration. Once opened, best used within 1 year for optimal flavour.
